Delivery & Returns

We have carefully selected our delivery and returns providers, which are Royal Mail in the UK and Europe and FedEx for US orders.

UK orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery. Our international deliveries can take some time depending on the destination address, please contact us for specific costs per region.

Please note that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees that are not calculated at checkout and that are not covered by Sweet Marie Jewellery. We have no control over these fees and do not take responsibility for them. These fees will be billed to you upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
